Return Policy and Terms of sale:

Wheels Ready to Ship (non special order/other parts as well such as suspension):

We are able to return, exchange and swap within 30 days of ordering/receiving your wheels from any NON SPECIAL ORDER wheel set. For returns buyer is responsible for return shipping and up to a 35% restocking fee may apply. If exchanging wheels buyer is responsible for shipping of old product back, as well as new product out. Restocking fee may apply. If shipping damage or manufacturing defect warranty claim within 30 days buyer IS NOT responsible for shipping. Wheel Lab LLC will work with the manufacturer to handle the exchange. Outside of 30 days buyer is responsible for shipping.

Once tires are mounted wheels are considered used. Please test fit your wheels before mounting tires to make sure everything fits as desired. Wheel Lab is NOT responsible for taking back used wheels and will not take them as return or exchange under any circumstances.

All wheels are covered by the manufacturer warranty and Wheel Lab is NOT responsible for the defects, or failures of any products not manufactured by Wheel Lab LLC. All manufacturer policies for warranty  and DOT approval/road use apply. If a defect should arise, warranty is handled direct with manufacturer through our support staff or direct with manufacturer depending on brand.

Wheel Lab is NOT responsible for damages caused to wheels, or car due to install, Any clearances NEED to be checked BEFORE driven. No exceptions. If anything looks close or off, we need to be notified before car is moved and damaged.  Wheel Lab LLC will not accept liability for customer or install shop damages due to any error, no matter the cause.

All custom ordered cast wheels are made to order and final sale. Back order items and other items that we special order for the consumer also fall in this category. All sales on our custom ordered wheels are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued** This includes custom finishes on cast or flowform wheels as well as any back order/special order items. If we custom order it, you are responsible as the consumer. Special Order/Back order reviewed on case to case basis.

Discontinued and open box wheels are final sale no returns/exchanges.

Credit Card/Debit Card Processing/ Apple Pay and Google Pay Purchases:

Wheel Lab uses secure processing with Braintree and Signifyd to reduce fraud and protect customers. Cancellations and returns will include a processing fee of 3.2% or higher depending on payment method. Customer is responsible for these fees unless returned for store credit. Each cancellation or return will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please email support@wheellab.us

Affirm/Acima Purchases:

All Affirm and Acima purchases can only be redeemed for store credit and are subject to restocking fees UP TO 35% when applicable. Each return will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please email support@wheellab.us

Acima for custom products we require a 50% deposit made via another method.

Order cancellations with Affirm fall in this category too. Affirm orders for non custom parts can be cancelled for store credit only per our terms and conditions. Any exceptions will be subject to up to a 35% restock fee.

Custom parts purchased on Affirm are non-cancel-able. Any non shipped/awaiting fulfillment Affirm order cancellation order will carry a cancellation fee up to 30%

Custom Ordered Wheels (or other parts as well such as suspension custom order):

Our custom ordered wheels are made to order. All sales on our forged or custom ordered wheels are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued** This includes custom finishes on cast or flowform wheels as well as any back order/special order items. If we custom order it, you are responsible as the consumer. Any cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis and carry a minimum of $400 + processing fess and up to 35% of the sale value.

All forged orders are completely custom and built to order. Each set is built to the customers desire for bolt pattern, center bore, finishing on centers, center caps, lips, barrels and more. The wheels are also built for the customers vehicle and what the customer desires.

There are no refunds or returns on custom ordered wheels. Period. We will not give a refund or return on deposit or payment in full for any reason once the wheel build has stared. The wheels are custom built and built to your liking. Under no circumstance will we grant a refund. By buying forged wheels you are understanding these regulations and terms.

Suspension/Other Products:

We are able to return, exchange and swap within 30 days of ordering/receiving your suspension or other parts from any NON SPECIAL ORDER parts set. For returns buyer is responsible for return shipping and up to a 35% restocking fee may apply. If exchanging parts buyer is responsible for shipping of old product back, as well as new product out. Notes For All Orders:

Wheel Lab LLC may ship direct from manufacturer, or from our warehouse depending on inventory levels. All orders are shipped fully insured. Please check all packages within 30 days of delivery for accuracy and shipping damage. Anything brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery for wrong product, shipping damage, defects, or lost packages – will be handled by Wheel Lab LLC typically at no cost.

Outside of 30 days customer may be held responsible for shipping, damages, or restock fee. Wheel Lab LLC has a limited window with our suppliers to check and correct all orders with an issue.

This will be reviewed on a case by case basis for any special circumstances. 

Orders over $2500 with a credit card require a copy of your license on file with us with a matching address. This is to prevent fraud.

Used Wheels Sold By Wheel Lab:

READ COMPLETELY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MOUNT TIRES ON WHEELS

1) Trial fit all wheels to the vehicle before mounting tires to ensure the wheel is properly matched to the lug pattern and there is adequate caliper clearance. Never force a wheel to seat against the hub by applying lug nut pressure. The wheel must go into place freely. Clear the axle flange of obstructions such as rivets, guide pins, screw fasteners or spring steel keepers before installing wheels.

2) Mount tires in compliance with directions and practices recommended by the manufacturer of the tire mounting equipment. Wheel Lab will not assume responsibility for damage due to improper or careless mounting practices.

3) WARNING! Do not use spacers to resolve any clearance problems. If spacers are installed, installer and/or user bear all responsibility.

4) Check for excessive stud length. Excessive stud length will bottom out a closed end lug nut, preventing the wheel from being properly torqued to the mounting surface on the drum or disc.

5) Use only approved lug nuts.

6) Do not inflate the tire in excess of 60 p.s.i. (40 p.s.i. in California) in order to seat the tire bead on the wheel. If the tire will not seat at these pressures, check for unusual obstructions, proper use of tire mounting lubricants or a possible tire/wheel mismatch.

7) Tighten lug nuts in a progressive criss-cross pattern. Impact wrenches are not recommended due to the possibility of irregular or improper tightening. Owner’s manual recommended lug nut torque specifications should be followed.

8) User must return to installer at 25 miles and 100 miles to re-check lug nuts for proper torque.

9) Stud penetration into the threaded portion of the lug nut should be in excess of the diameter of the stud. Studs should be free of rust and dirt. Threads on the stud should be undamaged and free of lubricant.

10) Use tire manufacturer’s rim width recommendations for wheel and tire selection. Fender clearance should be checked before mounting more than one tire.

11) Check for proper fender and caliper clearance and true rotation of all wheels before driving your vehicle. Turn the front wheels side to side to check for possible interference. Clearance should be checked while the vehicle is on the rack as well as after the weight of the vehicle is lowered on to the suspension. Drive the vehicle as reduced speed (10 mph) as a final check against interference. Make sure to align the car properly before driving as improper alignment with oversized tires can and will cause damage to your car. We are not liable for this damage. You as the customer have the ability to contact us at any time if you think something will not work or clear. We prefer to work diligently to troubleshoot any issues we are made aware of before problems arise.

12) Keep wheels clean. The chrome, clear coat or aluminum finish will be damaged if foreign material, brake dust, dirt or chemicals are not removed promptly. NEVER CLEAN WHEELS WHEN THEY ARE HOT! Clean wheels regularly with mild soap and water only. The finish of your wheels may be permanently damaged by caustic soap used on some commercial car washes. Any abrasives, steel wool or chemicals applied to your wheels may damage the finish.
